If you are just starting out or wanting to do a complete overhaul of your space this is the package for you. It covers everything needed to fully launch, links for all furnishing, décor and stocking items.

2. Refresh Digital Design Package

If you already have your home fully set up, but feel it needs an update, or you have purchased all the main furniture, but still need that final layer of design, this option is for you. We work with the existing elements of your space, but change and/or add décor as needed. This will most entail softgoods; such as bedding, throw pillows and rugs and other decorative pieces. We may suggest feature walls using wallpaper, paint or murals be added. If we really feel that the furniture is not working for your space, then that will be a conversation that we will have with you.

Note About Budget

The above pricing does not include the purchase of furniture, décor, or stocking items. During our phone consultation we will discuss your total purchase budget. A rough estimate - expect to spend (shopping from Wayfair, Target, Amazon, Walmart, etc) $20-30K for 4 bedroom house. Addition of special amenities will increase overall price.

FAQs

What costs am I responsible for beyond your service fee?

You will be responsible for all furniture and decor costs. Depending on the package with us, you will be also be responsible for contractors such as painters, muralist, wallpaper installers, photographer, etc.

How long will you be at the property?

This will depend on the package. If we are handling paint, wallpaper, furniture assembly, etc. that will need to be determined on a project basis. Once all the contract work is completed, plan on an additional week for furniture installation, decoration and staging, and photoshoot.
