Mid-term rentals are furnished homes for stays of 30 days or longer — usually for families who've been displaced by a natural disaster, a home repair, or a work relocation. We set these up outside the usual Airbnb-style booking platforms, with a real lease in place, so people going through an already-stressful transition have somewhere stable and comfortable to land.
