NKW Living is the creative collaboration of Nicole Balzarini and Kyle Wilson, a husband-and-wife team whose backgrounds in film and television bring a unique perspective to real estate and design. Nicole is a production designer with an eye for visual storytelling and creating distinctive environments, while Kyle brings years of experience in special effects and set building, along with the hands-on problem-solving and fabrication skills that come with it. As real estate investors ourselves, we pair that creative experience with a practical understanding of how spaces need to function, perform, and hold up in the real world.
That combination of creativity and real-world experience shapes everything we do. We create thoughtful, memorable interiors for residential, investment, and hospitality properties, from homes that need a fresh perspective to fully furnished rental and guest experiences. Our design services range from targeted refreshes and virtual design to full-service projects in the Atlanta area.
