What is the process for insurance claims?

We work directly with families, and we also partner with relocation companies and insurance providers who place families temporarily — whichever path gets you here, we're set up to make it easy.

How can we book one of your properties?

Are your properties pet friendly?

Yes — your furry friends are welcome too. We keep a fenced-in yard and pet blankets on hand so their stay is just as comfortable and safe as everyone else's.

What are other fees for temporary housing placements?

Beyond rent, you can expect a security deposit, an administration fee, a cleaning fee, and a pet deposit and fee if you're bringing an animal along.

How long can a family stay at one of our properties?

Stays can run anywhere from a few days to a full year — we've hosted families for a quick transition and others who needed a home base for months at a time.

Can we extend our stay?

Absolutely — extending is common, and giving us 30 days' notice when possible helps us make sure the space is still available. If there's a chance you might need more time, mentioning it early makes it much easier for us to accommodate.
