* These services are currently offered if local to the Atlanta area. Travel to other areas may be an option but would include an additional travel fee

Set-up & Install Services

  • Assembling all furniture and décor
  • Switching/installing light fixtures
  • Tech installation: installing cameras, door locks, etc.
  • Hanging curtains, shades, etc.
  • Mounting TVs
  • Installing per the design boards and layout
  • Trash removal

Pricing: $2.50 per sq. ft.

Purchase & Deliveries

Once a design and all the provided links and pricing is agreed upon, the full cost of items is paid. We will then handle all ordering, tracking, and receiving of deliveries.

Note About Budget

The above pricing does not include the purchase of furniture, décor or stocking items. During our phone consultation we will discuss purchase budget. A rough estimate -expect to spend (shopping from Wayfair, Target, Amazon, Walmart, etc)$20-30K for 4 bed room house. Addition of special amenities will increase overall price.

FAQs

What costs am I responsible for beyond your service fee?

You will be responsible for all furniture and decor costs. Depending on the package with us, you will be also be responsible for contractors such as painters, muralist, wallpaper installers, photographer, etc.

How long will you be at the property?

This will depend on the package. If we are handling paint, wallpaper, furniture assembly, etc. that will need to be determined on a project basis. Once all the contract work is completed, plan on an additional week for furniture installation, decoration and staging, and photoshoot.
